• Must present completed Liability Waiver form at the door for admission. Parental consent is required on the form if under 18 years of age. Form can be downloaded at the Ticket Box website from the Google Drive Link provided.
  
• Please note that while teams of 5 or more are allowed to sign up, the number of players per game may be limited to a certain number, to allow Fair Game Play between even teams. In such cases, extra players will be allowed to substitute in for other players on their team in between waves.
  
• We want you to dress to impress, so wear your best Apocalyptic attire, either as the strongest fighter or deadliest zombie, but please remember that no objects/weapons/tools or any potential hazard will be allowed in the playing field.
• Each ticket is good for a SINGLE participant's entry.
